Null State Efile

What does Null state efile mean? My federal and state are both accepted it tells me when I'm getting my federal but not my state taxes?

After you file

State and Federal governments are still approving forms. You may be in a State that has not released their final version yet. Below I have provided the link for State Form Availability:
