I am here as a foreign worker and my common law spouse is here with me and my two children.

What do I put for my common law as she has no SIN or will be filing a tax return as I registered my two dependents my children it will not allow me to go past spouse information

Enter SIN 000-000-000 . Enter your spouse income if any.
