Can I get a conversion from the online version code to a download activation code?

I bought the wrong version (online) at Costco and the activation code doesn/t work for the download version. Can I get my activation code converted to one for the download version?

The codes can't be converted. You would have to get a refund for the product you don't want and then purchase the version of TurboTax you do want.
