Can you remove the payment option? I have already paid the basic fee and I declined the help expert option but it is still coming.

If you have accepted an offer for TurboTax Live Assist & Review, unfortunately, there is no option to remove it. You would need to start a new return and make sure that you do not accept additional offers.
