Hi, how can I access my tax returns done through TurboTax prior to 2017? I don't see them prior to this year in my account. They are also not available in my CRA account.

But I am 100% certain they were done. I appreciate it.

If you used TurboTax CD/Download, your tax files are only stored on your computer. Check your “Documents” folder for a “TurboTax” folder, as that is where the software stores its files by default.
