Thanks for your question. TurboTax Free is a completely free product. According to the information above, you might be using the Standard version of TurboTax which is not free. If you'd prefer to use TurboTax Free, you'll need to start a new return. When you opt-in for more help- with TurboTax Assist & Review expert it will be 79.99 per return. Unfortunately, there is no way to downgrade therefore you will need to start a new return.
