I was charged Apr 6/18 for $39.54 to download but it downloaded a Microsoft version which I couldn't use, I needed a Mac version.
I then went to the online version and was Charged $36.14.
The first charge should be credited back to me.
I completed my tax return on the online version.

I've been charge twice with my 2019 Tax return. At first, I filed to Netfile was not available but I did paid the Standard then when I filed my Tax on February 24,2020 it charged me again. I need my refund.

You were charged $45 per return completed. It shows that you have your Primary return and an additional return. Did you perhaps complete a spousal return? If yes, you will be charged for both.
