I need to have the code to complete the taxes on file. 2020 tax returns

Are you referring to the NETFILE Access Code? You don't need the it to file your return - it is optional. This FAQ has more info: https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/community/tax-topics/help/what-is-the-netfile-access-code-nac-and-how-do-i-use-it/00/1797617

it will not file without the code
