I started a few 2023 returns a few days ago but when I log on today they are not there - anyone know of issues??

I've purchased the Standard / CD & Download product - also is there a way to resave my 2022 return on my computer - files aren't available to pull prior year info??

Did you save your returns? When using TurboTax CD/Download, use File>Open to find your file. 

When you sign in to your TurboTax account- and open your return go to the "File" section and continue and it will show you where you can save a PDF copy of your return. If you are still having issues please contact our customer service for assistance.
