My taxes are completed and are not processing. I can't access them by myself.

Can you not find your returns or can you see them but not open them?

It shows me that it is in progress but when I try to get in through the manager, I am returned to the same page. I should be seeing the mention ReFill at the left of the button Continue, but it does not show like if it was not ready. But trying to complete it is also not accessible.
 
I tried to start a new claim. But I already paid for the first one and did what I have to do in the first one. And after loading everything a second time on the CRA site, TurboTax ask me everything again and put me on a loop from the beginning...
