Where do I declare T4A income from a TFSA amount that my deceased father left me?

I believe the amount is the gain that was realized between the time he passed away and the time the cheque was issued to me.

I am sorry to hear of your loss.

If you received a T4A slip in your name for the amount, then you would enter the T4A slip as you would any other slip. After your father died, any amount that was earned in his TFSA account after his death would be taxable in your hands.
