I hired a property management company to rent and manage my apartment. Do I enter the rental amount the tenant pays or what I receive from the management company? TY!

You would put in your rental tenant payments as Income and enter your Property Management fees under the Expenses section of the T766 (Real Estate Rentals Statement) form; which is found under the "Income" tab - "Rental Properties".
