Sold duplex in 2020. Lived in one unit. Had tenant in other unit. How does Capital Gains work in this situation?

As per CRA, you will report the Capital Gains on the rental unit. However, you can still qualify for the Principal Residence Exemption (PRE) on the unit you lived in.
