How do I switch between EasyStep and Forms mode in TurboTax Desktop?

TurboTax Desktop has two distinct user experiences to choose from: EasyStep and Forms.
EasyStep asks you questions about your situation while TuboTax automatically fills out your tax forms in the background.
Forms lets you view and directly edit tax forms.
You can switch between the two modes in the Menu. You can also select View from the toolbar.
