I'm claiming 195 days of working from home for employment expenses through Flat rate method. However, it doesnt add 390 CAD to my tax refund. Please advise why?

Employment expenses are a deduction from your income, not a credit. It helps to lower your net income, and therefore your taxable income. Depending on your situation, this may or may not affect your refund. But you will not get anything directly added to your refund.

You can see how much of the deduction you are getting by looking at line 22900 Other employment expenses on your detailed tax summary.
