Does our daughter (18years) with income from 2019, university tuition need to file separately on Turbotax or can we include her earnings and credits on our return?

Your daughter would need to put her income and tuition on her own return. If she doesn’t need the all of the tuition to lower her taxes owing, then she can transfer some to you or your spouse.
