Should I put my RRSP deduction limit on CRA account as RRSP Contribution amount on Turbo Tax? Are these the same?

No, they are not the same. The RRSP deduction limit on your CRA account is the maximum you can put towards your RRSP. The amount you input on TurboTax is the amount you actually contributed during the year.
