The software prompts me to "enter a valid social insurance number" and I know the number I have entered is correct. What should I do?

Please select everything that is in the SIN box and delete it. Then re-type the SIN, making sure to use only numbers and no special characters or spaces. There should be total of 9 numbers. Ex: 123456789

Here is a list of Invalid characters: https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/community/errors-confirmation-messages/help/error-message-invalid-characters-when-trying-to-use-netfile/00/873558
