Can I start a Chat with an expert? I am not receiving any help from the FAQ's.

I want to file tax with turbo tax expert online but I haven’t start yet and want to start some questions

From inside your return, you can ask your questions by clicking on the help icon at the top right of the screen where possible answers will be displayed. If more information is needed you can click on Ask in the Community or ask for a Callback.
