Climate Action Inventive

Hello, 

 

While filing my taxes, it showed that I was eligible $224.00 for the Climate Action Incentive, however I accidentally left the page without clicking continue, and it didn't come back up again. My total refund has not increased by 226.00, could you please advise?

Usually the Climate Action Inventive (CAI) is added at the start of your return when you indicate that you are in a province that has it. So at the end, when you confirm that you are eligible, your refund won’t necessarily change, as the CAI amount is already included.
