Error 1335

I bought the Standard TurboTax 2020 recently and attempted to install the software the first time.  I got the following error and couldn't get passed it.  "Error 1335. The cabinet file 'Data1.cab' required for this installation is corrupt and cannot be used.  This could indicate a network error, an error reading from the CD-ROM, or a problem with this package.'

I have tried to copy the files from the CD-ROM to my hard drive and install it from there but still get the same error.  Is there a workaround?  Or did I buy a defective product?

I have the same problem with the CD.  I try to download the software but it require a credit card payment.  Do I just put the product key into the Coupon  box?
