I have a senior citizen friend who needs help filing her income tax. How do I file it for her?

She only has a CPP T4, no medical receipts. Does not get a refund. How do I file on her behalf?

As long as you have her permission, you can use either TurboTax Online or TurboTax Desktop. But if her return is simple, you might be able to use TurboTax Online Free for her return.
