I have tried 6 times to get to speak with a live agent, a link is provided, which I click on, my browser then automatically stops working. What is the solution ?

You may need to try clearing your web browser's History, including the Cache and Cookies. Old cached web pages can sometimes cause problems with your Internet browser. Please also ensure your web browser meets the system requirements. Please note, if you disabled cookies or JavaScript in your browser, you will need to enable it. If you want to print your tax return, you'll need Adobe Reader or a suitable alternative to view and print PDF files:  https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/questions/1189966-why-is-my-firewall-blocking-turbotax-files
