I've tried my activation code for the online edition twice and it will not accept it.

tried to call but it keeps saying call fail

You will need to make sure you put a 1 in front of the phone number to call. If you did and still getting the same response please make sure with your telephone provider that you can make 1-800 calls from your telephone.
