I was charged twice for my turbotax basic download ?? How do I get my money back for the extra charge ? ?

This link does not take me to a form to fill out and this site is very difficult to Navigate. I have also tried looking for my purchases to get an order number for confirmation , there is no record of my purchase that I can see anywhere ?? I can screenshot my bank account where you can see I have been charged twice ? Can we communicate through email ?
