Living Outside Canada Q1 2022

Hello,

I have a PR and have been living and working in Canada from 2019. For personal reasons I will have to go back to my home country for a few months beginning January 1st, 2022 and work from there for the same company, where they have a local branch. I will be paying taxes to my home country since I will be an employee of my company’s local branch. Do I need to pay income tax to Canada and my province as well?
