NETFILE error code 37

I've encountered an issue at the filing stage. Notification reads:

"CRA Result Code: 37

The Canada Revenue Agency was unable to process your return because of one of the following reasons:

A date of entry was indicated without indicating the residency status as immigrant.

You indicated a residency status of immigrant without providing a date of entry.

Make the necessary corrections and try again."

Entry to Canada was noted in error,  and was not applicable at all. The field was corrected within the UI of the software as it was changed to "did not move to or from Canada in 2023". It was seemingly corrected on the T1 as the entry date was blank on the printed version. However, this error persists after multiple attempts after this correction was made. This return has been paid for and therefore will not let me access the "clear and restart return" option. 
Question: how can I fix the file so that it is not bouncing by this error code 37?

Hi @TurboTaxSusan! Thanks for your help, can you please DM me a support ID so I can speak with a specialist? I've reached dead ends after being sent links by the automated system and it will not allow me through to speak with a person.

When you can phone support, tell the computer you want to speak to an agent. You may have to repeat yourself. Then when it asks if you if you want a text message, say no. It should then start asking you for your phone number and other info needed to transfer you to an agent.
