Online account new return

I have an online account where I filed my 2019 return. I have gone back to my account in order to start a 2020 return but I cannot do that. why?

Thank you for using TurboTax. In order to start/view your 2020 Tax return, you need to sign in to the TurboTax Online version for the year:
