Online app and browser

I have been using only app till today on my iphone

 

now it says browser is incompatible.  I downloaded Safari and Chrome and it still says the same thing. 

I can’t access anything! Thanks for any advice.

Are you using the dedicated app or going to TurboTax via your browser? The browser version will no longer work on mobile devices, you need to download the app through the Apple app store.

I did download the app from the App Store I have been using it successfully for the past week.  Then the browser notice came up and I can’t load anything.  Should I delete the app and download again?
