Phone number changed - Unable to login

Hi,

 

As per title, I have changed my phone number, I'm not able to receive text message through that number and unable to login. I tried the alternative method but it says "You have reached the maximum number of attempts." What can I do? Can I talk to a real person and get access to my account?

I have the same issue. DId you get a resolution to this problem? Cannot access my account because i changed my phone number.

Same problem here. It seems there's no way to talk to a turbotax agent, I've looked everywhere in the website

Hi all,

I managed to reach them during working hours on this #: [phone number removed].

Unfortunately, they were not helpful because the new number i gave them for my account has still not been updated. We need to report Turbotax to the consumer bureau:

This is totally unacceptable consumer disregard.

They removed the phone number in my last message but it is:

i changed my phone number so i cant login and i also forgot my password
