I had a very bad experience as well. I submitted the request online but didn't hear back. I called to follow up and was given a voucher code, which I couldn't use on a return that was already paid for. After 2 hours on the phone talking to 3 different agents, none of them could offer anything and I still didn't get a refund.
@koch1, I have verified and yes, you paid twice for TurboTax Premier Online- I have processed a refund for you and you will see it on your credit card within 2-3 weeks.

I have applied for a refund and have heard nothing - I have to case numbers . The first from April 18 and the second April 27. I call Turbo Tax and the telephone help could not assist me. This process should be easy and interactive with your clients. Any suggestions on what I should do next?
@larryclausen- Please note that I just verified your account and it shows that today they accepted your refund which means that you should see this back on your credit card within 2-3 weeks.

I finally did get a refund but it took calling by phone Turbo Tax (a few times) but being persistent worked. Everyone was trying to be helpful but there seems to be a system problem related to refunds.

I have the same problem. Submitted the requests, used the tracking and it says "closed" but there is no communication whatsoever about the outcome of the request!
How long ago did you submit your request? Did you receive an email confirmation that it was received? Please make sure to check your junk mail.

I submitted two requests on August 28th. Yes, I received email confirmation of both submissions. And yes, I checked my junk mail! Have heard nothing and both requests say they are closed.

I have two requests of refund for order # QSTNE145831566. First, [# [phone number removed]], filled in some 30 min after the purchase, is shown today as Closed. The second, [# [phone number removed]], filled in a week or so later, as there was no email confirmation of the first, is shown today as OPEN. I have no clue what OPEN or CLOSED mean so an explanation would be useful. Also I expected that tracking would show the progress of a request including the relevant timeline to resolution.
I truly appreciate you helping me in clarifying this.

Resolved at that number. It took over 30min on the phone.
Disappointing Intuit website interface for refund/tracking process. We shouldn't need to make phone calls to clear unresolved web-filled refund requests.
