Hello, Saturday the 27th I purchased "TurboTax Deluxe Online Edition 2024 (PC) - 1 User - 8 Returns - English - Digital Download" online from Bestbuy.ca and received the email from "[email address removed]", the email has no link to the download, their is nothing to click on, the space is blank, and your website has no product called Deluxe, only Standard and Premier. I found the following reference to Premier in the email, " TurboTax Online Deluxe, Premier and Self-Employed" so I installed it and it refuses the activation code. Am I doing something wrong or hasn't the Deluxe version been released yet? I also just looked at the "Select a Product" dropdown menu below this message box and even it lacks the Deluxe version. I really wish I'd bought the physical product now, why is this so difficult this year?
The codes for TurboTax Online will not work with TurboTax Desktop & vice-versa. If you bought the wrong version, you can get a refund and then buy the one you need.
If you bought TurboTax Desktop from a 3rd party retailer (ex: Costco, Staples, Walmart), please use this form to get a refund
