How do I fix error code N1?

Error code N1 means that the info sent to the CRA doesn't match the info currently on record. 

Check your last tax return to make sure your name and SIN are correct. You can also check your SIN card or letter from Service Canada to make sure the name and SIN match the info on your current tax return. 

If still unsuccessful, contact the CRA for assistance.
