If you don't wish to receive promotional emails from Intuit, you can unsubscribe from these emails using the unsubscribe link that appears in the email itself.
To unsubscribe, complete the following steps:
- Scroll all the way through any promotional email from TurboTax Canada
- On the line To unsubscribe from marketing emails, select click here
- A confirmation page opens on your browser and confirms that you've been unsubscribed from promotional emails
Note: After you unsubscribe, you'll still receive emails from Intuit that contain important reminders or announcements. You'll no longer receive any emails that are promotional in nature, such as those containing advertisements, special offers, or coupons.
To unsubscribe from all emails from TurboTax Canada, select Unsubscribe From All on the confirmation screen.
A confirmation screen appears with the message that you've been unsubscribed from all publications from TurboTax Canada.
