Some TurboTax Online customers may see an error screen with a dog when trying to complete their taxes.
We're working to fix this issue. In the meantime, try these troubleshooting steps to finish your tax return:
- Clear your browser cache and cookies.
- Try a different internet browser.
- Sign in to an incognito/private window.
- Start a new return.
