What is screen sharing?

Screen sharing lets you connect and share your screen with a live tax expert. While the expert can view your TurboTax screen, they won’t see you, your home, or any of your screen content outside of TurboTax. 

Screen sharing is available for free with TurboTax Live Assist & Review (online and desktop versions) and TurboTax Live Full Service (online only). There’s no need to download any additional software.

To access screen sharing while on call with a tax expert, select Shift and Enter on your keyboard. A code will appear that allows you to share your TurboTax screen.

Note: TurboTax Live products are available for purchase only during the tax season.
