Does anyone have the same issue as I do? I paid for the order and was about to file the tax return and it said "Sorry. We hit a snag" and I was not able to file it.
How can I delete all I have entered and cancel the tax return process? I have not filed yet and I didn't enter any payment method. I filed tax returns another method
