Is it possible to copy a married couple's return to start again with adjusted information? The T4/Rl-1 slips entered for the wife were for the 2019 year as opposed to the 2020 year and since we live in Quebec, we cannot used REFILE. I am trying to find a faster way to redo the taxes without having to redo the entire filing. I must indicate which exact lines changed for the Federal/Provincial forms and cannot do so without redoing the entire work. Looking for a short-cut.
Thank you for choosing TurboTax. In order to make adjustments to your return you must wait for CRA to send you Notice of Assessment (NOA). For your wife's case they will send Notice of Re-Assessment which will state that T4s have been entered wrong and you can amend your wife's return by paper, online, or by mail.
