Amending Tax Form

Hi Guys,

If my wife's company made an amend to her W-2, do I need to make an amend on my 2019 Tax Form ? The only change they are doing is a modification on my wife's legal name.

As long as it is still linked to her SSN, an adjustment to her legal name on the W-2 will not require a return to be amended.

I have formed my first LLC & it's subject to an $800 tax in California. Do I file this separately? Or do I include it when I do my personal taxes?
