Audit defense assistance was unresponsive, not helpful, review deadline expired

I purchased Audit Defense. I contacted a representative and uploaded all the required files. I was also instructed to request an extension from the CRA to resolve the review. I was never contacted back. I had to submit the documents I think the CRA was asking for. I want a refund for this poor service.
