In order to change your EI answer you need to navigate to the correct page. The fastest way I found to do this is to click on the "Income" tab at the top. From the drop-down that appears, mouse over "Self-Employment" and go to "Self-Employment Summary". Then continue until you reach a page with the title: "Employment Insurance Premiums on Self-Employment and Other Eligible Earnings". This is the page with the yes/no question you are looking for.
