If you have any dependant entries on your tax return, you will find them under "My Info" tab - "Dependants Information", there is also an entry under the "Deductions" tab - "Additional Dependants Information" - go check to ensure you did not inadvertently enter information under those tabs. Which could be why you may be getting an error.
If you are referring to the CRA advising you to put in information, I will suggest that you contact them directly to find out why they are asking for a fictional person. Call them at 1-800-959-8281.
