I filed my taxes over 4 months ago and have not received any money yet, When can I expect to be paid?

All it says is 'in progress'. and it has said this for months now.

Did you file your tax return successfully? If yes,  you would have received a CRA NetFIle confirmation number. If you did please contact the CRA at 1-800-959-8281 to make sure that your return was received.
