I have Medication, Dental & Chiro receipts to submit, do I add them individually or 3 entries or total 3 and submit as one. who do I put "Paid To" if I have to enter 3?

I have Medication, Dental & Chiro receipts to submit, do I add them individually or 3 entries or total 3 and submit as one. who do I put "Paid To" if I have to enter 3?

Suggest you total each the 3 groups and indicate paid to generically, eg 'Dental'.
CRA don't care, but be sure to keep the receipts in case you are asked to submit them to CRA.
