I need to send a letter in with my return. How do I do this using turbo tax? If I can't, how do I designate snail mail as related to my return??

My employer refused me a T4 and I have had to estimate values related to that income. Revenue Canada website says to do so, and attach a letter stating what you have done to attempt to get the T4 from the employer... thinking it may be best to paper-file if I can' find another solution.
