I submitted a request for an online tax review (over a month ago), received the confirmation date and time for the review but never received a call??

I wold like to get the issue above (Subject) as soon as possible please. The submission dateline is tomorrow and I am unable to submit my 2019 return for NetFile because I'm asked to pay for a service I did not receive. Please check your records and you will find that no one assisted me (Robert Gordon) online at any time.
