Income is wrong can't change it

RRSP income states that I have 37.00 dollars. It should be 0. I cannot change it. When I go to income and select the T4RSP it says I don't have any. Not sure where the 37.00 is coming from or how to change it.

Have you ever borrowed from your RRSPs to help purchase a house, or to help go to school?  If so, do you still have minimum repayments?
