Is there a place in the Personal Info to indicate that one is filing separate from spouse?

I am being asked details of my spouse and I do not want to provide details for her as she has already done her filing.

In personal info there's a page asking about your marital status. Refer to the photos below. The third question on that page asks whether you want to file together. If you have already started your filing and are past Personal Info, then you need to start a new return to file separately.

Hey Elsa! After starting a fresh new return you should be able to enter that you do not want to file with your spouse. See below:
