My refund was delayed because I had to go to the IRS to verify my identity. When they did that, they mailed a paper check instead of doing my direct deposit. Been 2 weeks

When will I get my check? And is it possible it didn’t get sent to me but to TurboTax instead?

paper checks are sent to the address on the return. it can take 4 to 6 weeks to issue and then add the time in-transit with the USPS
