how do I delete a refile return that was not completed or filed? There is no garbage can or delete option

To delete an unfiled ReFILE return in TurboTax Canada Online, you may need to start a new return first to make the delete option visible. If you are using the TurboTax Canada Desktop software, you can delete the file directly from your computer. 

The "garbage can" or delete option for a return might not appear if it is the only return in progress in your account.
